12 Days of Profitability - holiday campaign
To continue conversation and keep Craftable top of mind for operators during the busiest month of the year, I repurposed a holiday profitability webinar into 12 pieces of advice for restaurant and hotel operators that were distributed via email and LinkedIn. The campaign generated the company's best-performing organic LinkedIn post, with 9.79% engagement rate and 6.21% CTR.

I interviewed Chefs Christopher Koski and Ethan McRaney about their experience using Craftable at Emeline, a boutique hotel in Charleston, SC. This is currently used as a sales enablement tool, offering social proof to hotels and hospitality groups.

State of Repairs 2022 - gated eBook
Three months into working with 86 Repairs, I published its second annual State of Repairs report. I updated the format to something that could be used as a money-saving tool for employees working on site at restaurants: I researched industry statistics, discussed and dissected data with an analyst, and interviewed internal SMEs about how to troubleshoot the most common issues across each type of asset. The report was downloaded over 1000 times in the first month it was live; I wrote and orchestrated every aspect of distribution.
86 Repairs IT Support Takes Tech Troubles Off the Menu - product announcement
86 Repairs did not have a dedicated product marketing function, so I was tasked with promoting a new product that would become an add-on to our core service. I worked directly with the Product team to understand the positioning and value drivers and used that context to connect the dots between IT Support and the company's brand promise.
Savory Fund - case study
I traveled to the Savory Fund corporate office and stores within their portfolio (including Swig, Mo'Bettahs, and VIA 313) in Lehi, Utah to interview repair and maintenance stakeholders about their experience using the 86 Repairs service. This was used as sales enablement for social proof to sell into other multi-concept restaurant groups, and I broke down the case study into slides for individual brands so sellers could easily share in demos for SMBs.

For this blog, I interviewed an internal finance SME to learn about the unexpected consequences of a revenue-driver for restaurants. Overall, my SEO strategy increased the company's keywords within top 3 SERPs by over 230%.
